- Manage communication between Landlords, Tenants and Sub-Contractors.
- Reminders and notices to owners of annual service fee that will need to be paid (HOA Fees, Service Fees, parking fees, Legal fees, & other services)
- Inspections
- Walk through with the tenant
- Full inventory of all assets in the property
- Working with agents to enhance property’s appearance
- Obtain bids for quotes and notify the owners prior to any major expenses regarding their property.

- Provide Agent Management Care
- Make the Property Show ready
- Routine maintenance follow-up
- Assist with move in and move out cleanings
- Coordinate landscaping and gardening services
- Reminders and/or payments of Utilities bills (Dewa, chiller fees & more)
- Property Analysis Report
ADDITIONAL PROPERTY CARE SERVICES
- Ensure all required maintenance is done in a timely manner
- Fully account for all pay outs and receipts
- Handle all tenant problems and concerns.
- Conduct an interior survey of the property with photos annually.
- Provide 24 hour emergency service.
- Fully computerized and detailed quarterly statements accounting for all income and disbursements used on the property.(Access cards, HOA fees, parking spots, annually tune ups to the property and more)
- Responsible for key and access card handover.
- Ejari Checks to make sure that the tenant does have and is able to obtain an Ejari.
- Detailed move in and Move out inspections
- Ensure major maintenance quotes are sent to the owner for approval.
